Terms of Service

1. The service

YallaDine is a free platform that hosts digital restaurant menus and restaurant pages. Restaurant owners upload their menu; we convert it into a digital catalog reachable through a QR code, and provide a public restaurant page, ratings, and discovery features.

2. Accounts

Owner accounts are identified by email address and secured with one-time codes sent to that email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. Anyone with access to your email can manage your restaurant.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload — menus, dish details, photos, logos, and restaurant information. By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, process (including automated AI extraction of menu text), and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and that it is accurate and lawful. We may remove content that infringes rights or breaks the law.

4. Our intellectual property

The platform itself — including its software, design, menu templates, artwork, brand name YallaDine, and logos — is the exclusive property of Tech Serenity IT and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the platform or any substantial part of it, or use it to build a competing service. Nothing in these terms transfers any of our intellectual property to you.

5. Ratings and public contributions

Members of the public may rate restaurants and leave comments without an account. Contributions must be honest, relevant, and respectful. We may moderate, hide, or remove ratings at our discretion, and may restrict devices or networks that abuse the feature.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service: no unlawful content, spam, automated bulk scraping, probing or attacking our infrastructure, or attempting to access other users' data.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

8. Advertising

Public pages may display third-party advertising (for example Google AdSense). Advertisers do not receive your account data from us.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove accounts or content that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your restaurant and data by contacting us.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
